Baked Macaroni and Cheese by Alton Brown

Ingredients:

Ben and his favorite Mac & Cheese

  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • 1 tablespoon powdered mustard

  • 3 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely diced

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 large egg

  • 12 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • Fresh black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs


Mexican Poutine

  • Ingredients:

  • 2 duck confit legs

  • 1/4 cup duck fat

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 1 pound Mexican chorizo, removed from casing

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded white Cheddar

  • 1/2 cup shredded yellow Cheddar

  • 1 poblano chile 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

  • 1/2 white onion, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • One 32-ounce bag frozen crinkle-cut fries, cooked according to package directions

  • 1 cup cheese curds

  • 1/2 cup Cotija

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Chocolate Lava Cakes by Ree Drummond

Ingredients:

Baking spray, for spraying custard cups

1 stick butter

2 ounces bittersweet chocolate

2 ounces semisweet chocolate

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

2 whole eggs

3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup all-purpose flour Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Chocolate Cake Shake by Jeff Mauro

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 1/2 to 1 cup whole milk

  • One 8-ounce piece leftover chocolate cake

  • 2 shots espresso or coffee liqueur, optional

Moscow Mule Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ fluid ounces vodka

  • ½ fluid ounce lime juice

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • ½ cup ginger beer

  • 1 lime wedge for garnish

Bloody Mary by Geoffrey Zakarian

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups tomato juice

  • 1 cup vodka 

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 

  • 3 ounces fresh lime juice, plus a wedge for rimming glasses 

  • 3 ounces Worcestershire sauce 

  • Sriracha sauce

  • Seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay, for rimming glasses

Fruity Vodka Party Punch

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces half of a 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

  • 6 ounces half of a 12 ounce can frozen fruit punch concentrate, thawed

  • 1 cup vodka

  • 1/2 cup light rum

  • 1 bottle approximately 33 ounces club soda
